When is rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st of every month with a grace period through the 5th. A 5% late fee is applied on any payments made after the 5th.

What is the lease term?

12 Months.

Can I pay my rent online?

YES, you will be issued online payment credentials with your move-in packet.
